1.Can I Return / Exchange my Garment?
YES ! You can Return / Exchange your product within 5 Days from DATE OF DELIVERY by clicking here.
For Example:
If your Order is Delivered on 1st December, 2022 , it can be Exchanged/Returned only up to 6th December, 2022.
A fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for processing each return request. It will be deducted at the time we issue the store credit and the same is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE PLACING A RETURN/ EXCHANGE REQUEST:
- Products once Exchanged , cannot be returned / exchanged again.
- Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Only After the shipment is delivered to us and passes the quality check, we shall process your Exchange Order/Discount Coupon in case of Return.
- If it does not pass the Quality Check , No store credit will be reimbursed in this case.
- Only shipments for which we as a brand have arranged return pick ups or communicated and confirmed through our official WhatsApp Customer Support / Official Email Ids with customers regarding a return shipment being sent by the customer for any respective reasons not listed here, will be entertained.
-Customers who send their products back anonymously / without any communication / beyond the return / exchange time line will not be entertained, hence marking such shipments for automatic disposal and no refund / shipping claims will be accepted in this case.
- While handing over the return shipment , it is the important for the customer to pack the returned pieces in the original packing and making sure it is sealed properly while handing over. The AWB & Courier company must be confirmed before handing over the parcel as communicated on WhatsApp. The Brand shall not be responsible for a wrong product being returned back / damage in transit if not packed well or if it is handed over to the wrong courier person.
- The Courier Company will make 3 attempts after which the shipment will be cancelled.
QUALITY CHECK PARAMETERS:
- Product returned must be sealed properly in the original packing to avoid damage in transit, with its tags , labels and barcodes intact.
- The packet you hand over the product in, must not be in an open condition.
- The product is the same as the one you requested an exchange for.
- Product must be unwashed and unused.
- Any marks, traces of odor and any kind of wear and tear will not be accepted.
- If the Returned Product does not pass the Quality check parameters mentioned above, the refund/exchange will not be initiated and the product will be disposed off.
2. In case of Returns, How will I get my Refund?
We do not offer Monetary Refunds at the moment. All refunds are processed via store credits only.
All refunds (as per value of the product in the invoice at the time of purchase) will be given in the form of a 'DISCOUNT COUPON CODE' which can be used to purchase further on www.marcelmaeofficial.com . The shipping fee for Return Shipments of Rs. 50 will be deducted from the coupon amount.
This Coupon Code will be mapped to your Email ID registered against the Product/Order you are returning, which can be used only once on a future purchase anytime for a year from date of issue.
The coupon code will be valid for a purchase of the same value or higher.
The Coupon code will be valid for 1 year from date of activation subject to any changes in our Return & Exchange Policy.
3.Shipping , Exchange & Store Credit Policies ?
Orders in India:
We offer Free Shipping on all Orders in India.
Delivery Timeline : We ship all orders in 24 Hours. After dispatch from our warehouse, orders are delivered within 24- 48 Hours subject to any logistical issues beyond our control.
Exchange Orders are Dispatched once the Original item reaches are warehouse and passes the Quality Check Process.
Discount Coupons / Store Credits against Return Orders are issued as soon as the Returned Product reaches are warehouse and passes the Quality Check Process.
International Orders:
-Customers in USA can purchase from www.marcelmae.com
-We DO NOT ACCEPT Return Requests for purchases in USA at the moment.

Please follow the wash care instructions given below every product on the website. You can also check the wash care label attached inside the garments.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
