A) General Shipping Policies?
1) All orders are dispatched withing 24- 48 Hours.
2) Shipping Partner: DHL
3) Once your order is fulfilled, you shall receive the tracking details via E-mail.
4)Shipping Charges will be calculated as per the order value of your shopping cart.
5) Our website supports checkout in USD. Customers that prefer to pay via another international currency can do so via PAYPAL.
6) The order shall be processed as soon as we receive the payment confirmation and will take approximately 4-5 Working Days to be delivered to your address. You can track the order with the AWB number that will be mailed to you. In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, the deliveries can get delayed by a few days.
7) We Do not accept Return or Exchange Requests for International Orders at the moment.
NOTE: Our warehouse does a thorough quality check before shipping the products. Hence, to avoid any issues after delivery, we request all customers to kindly check the product and the size chart- before placing the order, very carefully.
8) Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
9) Incase you feel you have ordered the wrong size, please get in touch with our team immediately, as once shipped, the shipment cannot be altered.
10) For deliveries, the concerned local courier person will get in touch with you, while/before clearing your order from the customs for their required procedures such as KYC & Duties if applicable. They will get in touch with you through the contact details you provide us with. Incase, you are unavailable or refuse to take the delivery for any reasons whatsoever, we shall not be responsible or liable to cater to any refund requests.
